Dr. Colleen Rollo

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Co-Founder of Paradigm Performance Therapy

Dr. Colleen Rollo is a highly respected and successful clinician. Dr. Colleen attended American International College in Massachusetts where she earned both degrees, a Bachelor’s of Sciences in 2010 and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical therapy in 2012. Dr. Colleen specializes in helping all active individuals, recreational athletes, weekend warriors, busy professionals, parents or grandparents get back to doing what they love pain-free.  

 

Dr. Colleen has over 11 years of experience in treating post-surgical orthopedic pathologies, complex orthopedic conditions, neuromuscular conditions/disorders (strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, Parkinson’s Disease), vestibular dysfunctions, and balance disorders.   Dr. Colleen has gained exceptional experience while working in a variety of physical therapy settings (outpatient rehab, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, and home health) which speaks to the value of care she provides to all her patients.

 

Dr. Colleen is a former multi-sport, tri-captain, high school athlete who was introduced to the field of physical therapy while nurturing a hip injury she sustained when playing soccer.  Dr. Colleen is passionate about providing exceptional, evidenced-based interventions to her patients to assist in long term, pain-free relief.

 

When Dr. Colleen is not in the clinic, you may find her spending quality time with her husband Sean, loving on her two fur babies Tedy & Brody or enjoying time at the beach.  Dr. Colleen is also an exercise enthusiast, an avid reader, world-class cupcake baker and wine enthusiast who received WSET Level 1&2 Award in Wines from Napa Valley Wine Academy in.

Dr. Sean Rollo

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Sean Rollo is a physical therapist who specializes in helping athletes and active individuals of all levels to feel better, move better, and heal faster from injury so that they can return to doing what they love to allow them to perform at their highest potential.

 

Dr. Sean has more than 14 years of experience in the sports, orthopedic and performance therapy field working with athletes at the professional, Olympic, and collegiate levels as well as military tactical athletes.  Some of these athletes has been associated with U.S Special Operations Command,  the Boston Celtics of the NBA, players from the NFL, NHL, WWE, US Ski & Snowboard, and NCAA.  In addition to Paradigm Performance Therapy, Dr. Sean continues to work as a lead physical therapist with a U.S Marine Corps Forces Special Operations battalion.

 

Dr. Sean has sought out and possesses training and certifications in multiple sports medicine related disciplines including his board certification as a sports clinical specialist (SCS), athletic training, spinal manipulation, and performance enhancement.  Dr. Sean has completed a tactical performance mentorship with the world famous EXOS and recently completed his certification in sports and orthopedic manual therapy (CSOMT) with the esteemed Institute for Athlete Regeneration.

 

Dr. Sean is extremely passionate about sports medicine; As a former NCAA Division 2 collegiate wrestler and multi-sport high school athlete, he understands first hand the mental and physical demands placed on athletes. Through a multi-disciplinary, eclectic, and holistic approach, Dr. Sean assists his patients in injury risk reduction, performance optimization, and post-injury rehabilitation.

 

When Dr. Sean is not working in the clinic or gym, you’ll find him spending time with his wife Colleen, his dogs Tedy & Brody, chasing sunsets at the beach, exercising, enjoying a movie at home with a fancy bottle of wine or a local craft beer.
